I’ve done something my opponents won’t do: I’ve signed a binding commitment to work on a popular set of issues in the first 180 days I’m in Washington DC if the people choose me to represent the 2nd district of CA. My opponents offer platitudes and empty promises, but not a binding commitment to voters.
The Contract for American Renewal is a strategy and promise to you by CFAR candidates to take advantage of this national unity around these issues and pass legislation that gets the job done! It is a minimal commitment by me and by other candidates to introduce legislation to accomplish these goals within six months of being sworn in to Congress in January 2019.
This is a contract I have signed as my commitment to you and everyone else in the 2nd district to actually make a difference that will matter to your life if you elect me to Congress in 2018.
All of this is included in the CFAR: a commitment to a $15 minimum wage, infrastructure development, taxing the elites, taking bold action on climate destabilization, ending the war in Afghanistan, expanding Social Security and Medicare to provide high quality healthcare for everybody, ending corporate personhood and reversing Citizens United, free college tuition at public colleges and universities, and reversing globalist trade agreements!
Andy still fighting in solidarity with MLK and Jimmy Dore for economic justice for low income Americans!
The CFAR is a challenge to all progressive politicians to commit to walking their talk! I’ve made it! Neither of my opponents will get near it! Please make a commitment to my election in 2018 as I have made a commitment to you.
